1. The Service

RegnabTec provides a subscription that gives you access to an automated copy-trading strategy. When you connect through the HFM app, trades executed on our master account are automatically mirrored to your own HFM trading account, scaled in proportion to your balance.

2. Not Financial Advice — Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You can lose some or all of your invested capital — only trade with money you can afford to lose. Nothing provided by RegnabTec is financial, investment, or tax advice.

3. Your Money Stays With Your Broker

Your trading capital sits in your own HFM account, in your name. RegnabTec never holds, touches, or can withdraw your funds. You may deposit, withdraw, or stop copying ("Unfollow" in the HFM app) at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access is sold as monthly passes (Silver, Gold, VIP) matched to your trading balance range, paid via Paystack (Mobile Money or card).
The private connection password changes on the 1st of every month. An active subscription is required to receive the new password.
If your subscription expires, your portal access is deactivated automatically and you will be removed from the copy-trading pool. Any open copied positions may be closed on disconnection.
Subscription fees cover access for the paid period and are non-refundable once the period has started.

5. Performance Fees

In addition to the portal subscription, HFM automatically deducts a performance fee on winning trades, as displayed on your tier's strategy page inside the HFM app. This is handled entirely by the broker.

6. Your Responsibilities

Keep your login email and connection password private — do not share your tier's link or password with anyone.
Fund your account within your tier's stated balance range so lot scaling works as designed.
Provide accurate contact details (email and mobile number) so we can reach you about your subscription.

7. Data & Privacy

We store the details you register with (name, email, mobile number) solely to operate the service — login, subscription management, and service notifications. We never ask for your trading account password, and we do not sell your data.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We may update the strategy, tiers, or pricing with notice on the portal. We may suspend access for abuse, chargebacks, or sharing of private access credentials. You may stop copying and cancel at any time.
